Compensation & Benefits Manager
Location: Center City Philadelphia (Hybrid)
Join a global manufacturing leader as a Compensation & Benefits Manager and play a key role in supporting compensation and benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada. Partner with business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant, and effective compensation and benefits strategies while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise department leaders on compensation and benefits matters across the U.S. and Canada.
- Participate in annual salary surveys and market benchmarking.
- Analyze compensation and benefits programs and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate and recommend retirement and pension program enhancements.
- Partner with vendors and leverage HR systems and technology to optimize program administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs in a multi-state and/or Canadian environment.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with HRIS, benefits vendors, and compensation systems.
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
