AR Officer

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an AR Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing outstanding invoices and payments from clients. You will identify overdue payments and proactively resolve payment issues, prepare reports, and assist with monthly closings. Communication with clients to address any questions or payment problems will be essential, as well as collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth financial workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up and process outstanding invoices and payments from clients.
• Identify overdue payments and proactively resolve payment issues.
• Prepare reports and assist with monthly closings.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any questions or payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth financial workflow.

Are you the one?

• Bilingual (FR/NL) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge; a completed education in a financial field is a plus!
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as credit controller or accounts receivable manager.
• Critical eye and attention to detail.
• Socially skilled with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Technologically savvy: Experience with accounting software (Venice) and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, to facilitate data analysis.
