Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst 3
City: Faria Lima, SP
As a Demand Planning Analyst 3, you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving Demand Planning processes, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of information to support business decision-making. The role combines operational and analytical responsibilities, including data consolidation and validation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the identification of opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. It is one of the two independent entities that will be created from ANH as part of its divestiture to CVC Capital Partners.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly Demand Planning cycle, ensuring the timely update and consolidation of sales forecasts.
- Execute and monitor operational routines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Analyze demand data, identifying variances, risks, and business opportunities.
- Reconcile forecasts with Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Finance, ensuring alignment on key assumptions.
- Prepare KPIs and analyses to support decision-making and planning forums.
- Identify and implement process improvements, simplifying workflows and reducing manual activities.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Professional experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, Supply Chain, or other analytical areas, with experience analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Advanced English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel, with experience in processing, consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
- Hands-on, analytical, objective, and execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn data into insights, prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly for aligning and reconciling information across different functions.
