As a Senior Client Services Executive at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of 'Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers' award. What you’ll be working on

As our new Senior Client Services Executive, you'll:

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What will help you be successful?

• You’ll possess 2+ years of customer service experience and thrive in a client-centric environment.
• RG146 certified
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Technically strong with comfort using trading platforms, CRM systems and communication tools.
• Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand permanently.
