Senior Digital Business Change Manager (18-month temporary position)

As our Senior Digital Business Change Manager, based in Billund, you'll help shape how new digital capabilities become part of everyday work across the product development lifecycle!

You'll join the Product Management organisation for Innovation Enablement, the team behind LEGO® Play & Experience Lifecycle Management (PELM). Together with colleagues across product management, engineering and digital design, we shape the systems that support product development from master data through to the tools used by our creative teams every day.

Your work connects what product teams build with how the business adopts and benefits from it. By helping colleagues learn, change and grow with new capabilities, you'll ensure digital investments translate into meaningful outcomes across the product lifecycle. It's a role where you'll build, rebuild and inspire while helping others navigate change with confidence.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities from business readiness, planning, through adoption, ensuring predictable and well-prepared rollouts.

• Shape change management approaches covering processes, behaviours and new ways of working.

• Design training programmes, create learning materials and deliver sessions alongside business specialists.

• Develop and support super-user networks that provide local communication, guidance and adoption support.

• Partner with product managers to plan deployment scope, timing and feedback loops that improve future releases.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience introducing PLM platforms or large-scale digital solutions into business environments.

• Comfortable leading change initiatives involving process updates, training and organisational alignment.

• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers and designers in product-led organisations.

Bonus point for:

• Familiarity with PLM platforms such as Aras, Siemens Teamcenter or SAP PLM.

• Certification in change management or programme delivery methodologies, or equivalent practical learning.
