Lead investigations into compliance concerns, audit findings and revenue discrepancies.
Develop and deliver staff education on audit readiness, compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with clinical, coding, patient administration and finance teams to improve revenue integrity and reduce revenue leakage.
Lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
