About the Role We are hiring an experienced, independent HVAC Service Technician (3+ years experience) to run residential and light commercial service calls across the area. Dispatched straight from home in a fully equipped company vehicle, you will handle 4 to 6 calls a day, diagnose systems, and present transparent options to homeowners. High performers have a clear track to step into leadership roles—such as Lead Tech, Service Manager, or Sales Manager—within a year or less as we expand into surrounding markets like Missoula.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.
• Run 4–6 service calls daily with high efficiency and top-tier workmanship.
• Use ServiceTitan on your iPad to present transparent options and IAQ solutions directly to homeowners.

• Hand off replacement sales opportunities to Home Comfort Designers for a 4% commission on gross system sales.

• Participate in a 1-in-4 week on-call rotation (Tuesday to Tuesday).

• Flex into secondary growth markets (such as Missoula) a couple of days a week as needed.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years (3–5 years preferred) running residential service calls independently.
• Certifications: EPA Certification required. Valid driver’s license with a clean record (MVR check required).

• Location: Currently living within 1 hour drive of Kalispell, MT.

Technical Skill: Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, and standard residential systems.

• Preferred: Prior ServiceTitan/CRM experience, formal sales training (Nexstar), boiler experience, or NATE/Journeyman certifications.
