As an AI Engineer - Intern/Trainee, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of software and product innovation, focusing on developing advanced software solutions and driving product innovation to meet evolving client needs. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage in quality engineering, implementing leading standards in software development and testing processes to enhance user experience and optimize performance.

As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments. This role emphasizes a learning mindset, encouraging you to take ownership of your development and appreciate diverse perspectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Supporting teams in software and product innovation projects by contributing to quality engineering tasks
- Participating in the implementation of quality standards in software development and testing processes
- Assisting in identifying and resolving software defects to enhance performance and user experience
- Engaging in compatibility and performance testing to validate software functionality
- Contributing to the design and evaluation of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Utilizing tools like Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and improve software quality
- Collaborating with team members to optimize quality assurance metrics and processes
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute effectively to team goals
- Actively listening and asking questions to gain a deeper understanding of project requirements and objectives

What You Must Have

- Currently enrolled in final year of degree program
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Participating in quality assurance methodologies and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting teams with software testing and defect reporting tasks
- Utilizing Selenium for browser automation and systems integration testing
- Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post go-live support activities
