Data Scientist

OVERVIEW

As part of Inspire’s digital transformation and customer engagement strategy, we are expanding our data science capabilities. To achieve this, we require experienced data scientists who can help us deliver new AI and machine learning solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DATA SCIENTIST

• Work with large, complex datasets that include data from several data domains including customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement.
• Conduct deep analysis that drives insights and recommendations for multiple restaurant brands that generate over $1 billion in revenue annually.
• Lead statistical analysis and build machine learning models supporting personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness, and paid media for multiple brands.
• Build analytics and machine learning automation workflows so that work is scalable and repeatable.
• Communicates results to stakeholders and marketing leadership, able to communicate business impact of work.

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE

• MINIMUM requirement options:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2-3 years of highly relevant experience. Qualified candidates with only a bachelors are exceptional. Familiarity with statistics and machine learning concepts is essential​ OR
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field with 1-2 years of work experience OR

• PREFERRED:
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field with 2 years+ of relevant experience​. 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English is a must. The role will be reporting 100% in English
• Must be proficient in at least 3 of the 6 tools:​  Spark, Python, R, SQL, Git Version Control, AWS/Azure/GCP
