Mindshare is a brand of WPP Media, the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Director to join us.

In This Role, Your Goals Will Be:

In 3 Months

• Build a strong rapport with the immediate team.
• Establish strong relationships with media vendors.
• Ensure all processes employed by the team are compliant with required standards and guidelines.

In 6 Months

• Independently lead and execute monthly meetings.
• Identify and implement changes that positively impact buying performance for clients.
• Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

In 12 Months

• Begin developing the skills and capabilities required to progress to the next level.
• Develop and lead negotiations on behalf of the client.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills, with the ability to sell media plans and additional internal initiatives to clients.

• A skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefits of marketing opportunities to brands.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver against challenging deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, formally and informally.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in media planning/buying and team leadership within a relevant field.
• Proven experience in driving revenue growth through emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
• Master’s degree in marketing, Media Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a reputable business school.
