Reporting to the Controller, Hach Mexico, the FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. Acting as a key business partner to Finance, Commercial, and Operations leaders, this role delivers actionable insights that improve decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, enhance forecast accuracy, and support profitable growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping business leaders understand performance drivers, optimize resource allocation, and make informed decisions that contribute to sustainable business growth.

Location: Toreo, Naucalpan (Mexico City Metropolitan Area)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and risks & opportunities tracking.
• Analyze business performance across revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior-year results and present insights to business leadership.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools to support strategic and operational decision-making.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Cost Finance, or related finance functions.
• Experience supporting annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with OneStream.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, commercial, life sciences, or distribution environments.
