Labcorp is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join our Finance Team located in Indianapolis, Indiana, working a primarily remote work schedule and occasional in-person collaboration in Indianapolis.

Work Schedule:

Days/Hours: Monday–Friday / 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization.
• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support the preparation of management reporting and financial analyses used to inform business decisions.
• Analyze financial and business information to identify trends and provide insights.
• Partner with finance professionals and business leaders on financial planning and analysis activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Contribute to projects that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business discipline.

Additional Job Standards:

• Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members as needed.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2027–August 13, 2027
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00
