What you'll do...

Role summary:
Content Management executes CES business technology enablement across assigned businesses and programs, translating business, operational, legal, and policy needs into configured and executable technology experiences.  This role serves as a hands-on technical business owner from discovery through production readiness, configuring workflows, decision logic, actions, AI-first content, and business rules across CES-owned capabilities. The Staff performs technical discovery, translates requirements, supports Salesforce administration and configuration, and enables business onboarding and deployment across associate, customer, and AI experiences.  Working across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and business teams, this role enables CES to implement business change through reusable configuration and structured content.
About the team:
The Voice of the Advocate – Content Management team enables CES to translate business needs into executable technology experiences across associate, customer, and AI surfaces. The team owns business-side configuration of journeys, decision logic, actions, AI-first content, and business rules, while supporting Salesforce administration and business onboarding. Working across Business, Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy, the team enables accurate, scalable changes at the speed of the business while reducing dependency on custom Product and Engineering development.
What you'll do:

• Translate business, operational, legal, and policy needs into configured technology experiences.
• Configure workflows, business rules, decision logic, actions, permissions, and LOB setup.
• Support Salesforce administration and configuration for CES business experiences.
• Build and maintain structured, AI-first content supporting associates, customers, self-service, and AI.
• Lead technical discovery and translate business needs and dependencies into executable requirements.
• Enable business onboarding from discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Identify cross-system dependencies and ensure accurate, scalable execution across CES technology surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineering when needs require new capabilities, integrations, APIs, or functionality.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in technology enablement, business systems, configuration, operations, or related technical functions.
• Experience translating business requirements into configured technology solutions, workflows, rules, or decision logic.
• Experience taking business technology implementations from discovery through production readiness.
• Experience identifying technical dependencies and working across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, CRM platforms, workflow configuration, or low/no-code technology preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled technology, automation, structured content, or orchestration preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
