Position Summary...
Role summary:As the Senior Manager, Customer Growth Marketing Integration, you will serve as the primary connection between Customer Growth and Walmart Marketing. You will translate Customer Growth priorities into marketing plans, CRM journeys, media, creative, promotions, and customer communications are aligned to shared customer actions and business outcomes. Working across a broad network of partners, you will drive alignment, simplify cross-functional planning, and help create a more connected customer experience across every stage of the customer journey. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
About the team:
The Customer Growth team focuses on identifying customer behaviors that drive long-term value for Walmart. By defining customer actions, intended outcomes, and business eligibility, the team aligns efforts across Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Analytics. They create coordinated customer experiences by connecting strategy, execution, and measurement. This collaborative approach ensures every customer interaction supports sustained growth and continuous learning. The team leverages strong program management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and technology strategies to deliver impactful business results and advance Walmart’s operational excellence.
What you'll do...
- Serve as the primary Marketing partner for Customer Growth, translating customer priorities into integrated marketing plans.
- Connect campaigns across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid and owned media, creative, offers, and promotions to prioritized customer actions and outcomes.
- Embed Customer Growth priorities into campaign briefs, calendars, roadmaps, and planning forums.
- Identify opportunities to improve alignment across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Partner across eCommerce, Product, Merchandising, Operations, Decision Sciences, and Analytics to coordinate growth initiatives and launch readiness.
- Translate customer insights and performance into future marketing recommendations.
- Build strong relationships across Marketing to advance Customer Growth frameworks and operating principles.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
