Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support and refine business strategies. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth. The position involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement through analysis and stakeholder engagement. About the team:
The Pricing Execution team ensures accurate and consistent implementation of pricing strategies across Walmart. Collaborating with Merchandising, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders, the team operationalizes pricing plans, drives continuous improvement, and establishes strong processes and governance. Focused on delivering an exceptional pricing experience, the team emphasizes data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder management. By enabling efficient execution and developing capabilities aligned with business goals, this group supports scalable and impactful pricing solutions that enhance operational excellence and contribute to Walmart’s overall success.
What you'll do:

• Building scalable tools, processes, and governance that enable effective pricing execution across the business
• Establish and own pricing governance, standards, and compliance requirements across channels and business units
• Define business requirements for pricing systems and drive enhancements that simplify workflows and enable automation
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and technology enablement
• Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational scorecards to monitor pricing performance and execution quality
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership by evaluating workflow health, SLA adherence, and pricing effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that strengthen enterprise pricing capabilities and scalability
• Translate complex business needs into streamlined, repeatable processes and future-ready solutions

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrate expertise in pricing operations, governance, or enablement within a complex, cross-functional environment
• Apply strong business acumen to design scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that improve pricing execution
• Partner effectively with stakeholders across Pricing, Merchandising, Technology, Product, and Compliance
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and drive execution across multiple workstreams
• Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, generate insights, and inform business decisions
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with a focus on scalability and long-term impact
• Communicate clearly and influence senior leadership with concise, data-driven recommendations

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
