The Senior Manager, Project Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by developing strategic plans, managing resources, and removing obstacles to ensure successful outcomes. This role oversees multiple cross-functional projects, drives data-informed decision-making, and fosters continuous improvement. The position includes mentoring and developing team members, promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational priorities. The Senior Manager also manages risks, monitors progress, and communicates effectively with leadership to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.About the team:
The Strategy, Transformation & Analytics team drives the future of Walmart Claims Services by translating strategy into actionable results. Collaborating across functions, the team identifies opportunities, solves complex challenges, and leads initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experiences. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process redesign, analytics, deployment, and change management. The team ensures seamless project execution from concept to measurable impact, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication. This group values leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.
What you'll do...
- Lead and drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop, communicate, and adjust project plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and allocating resources effectively.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation while monitoring progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support change initiatives.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards, ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve project workflows and outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
