Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by aligning operational priorities with strategic goals. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, removing obstacles, and ensuring performance standards are met through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. The position also includes mentoring and developing team members, fostering a high-performing environment, and maintaining compliance with company policies. By partnering with senior leadership, this role supports effective communication, risk management, and program lifecycle oversight to deliver impactful business results aligned with organizational objectives.
About the team:
The team supports Walmart’s 340B program, focusing on operations and business development to deliver financial savings through 340B Drug Pricing. It collaborates with stores, Covered Entity partners, and Third Party Administrators to optimize program value and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include account management, financial reporting, auditing, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Finance, and Payor teams. The team also drives business development by analyzing industry trends and supporting new and existing customers. This role involves travel to engage partners, address needs, and enhance program performance, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Analyze program performance using key metrics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities.
• Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
