The team comprises subject matter experts focused on supporting the Supply Chain network by delivering insights on loss elimination and operational efficiency. They collaborate across functions to enhance vendor relationships, ensure quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement in material handling equipment service. Emphasizing operational excellence and change management, the team proactively addresses challenges to maintain seamless network operations. Their expertise in crisis management and technical acumen enables reliable solutions, fostering a high-performing environment aligned with organizational goals and strengthening effective vendor and network support.
What you'll do:

• Lead operational excellence initiatives by evaluating industry practices and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality standards, performance monitoring, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Drive business process improvements by analyzing workflows, reducing waste, and supporting change management efforts.
• Oversee crisis management protocols, maintaining critical contact lists and participating in scenario planning.
• Guide reliability management and quality assurance activities to improve product performance and compliance.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, monitor budgets, and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies, communicate effectively, and support organizational goals.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve cross-functional processes.
• Strong vendor management skills, including supplier performance monitoring and contract negotiation.
• Experience leading business process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and implement effective resolution strategies.
• Technical acumen in electrical design, troubleshooting, and integration of material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in software product management and testing within complex operational environments.
• Advanced data analytics capabilities to drive insights and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, budgeting, and quality assurance.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
