Role summary:The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in data sourcing, quality management, advanced analytics, and visualization to translate complex data into actionable solutions. The position involves guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring associates, and collaborating with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals. The successful candidate will apply technical proficiency and business acumen to enhance decision-making, promote data governance, and support continuous improvement within a dynamic enterprise environment.
About the team:
The Product Analytics team applies advanced AI-driven data science and experimentation to enhance omnichannel products and features. Combining expertise in product strategy, measurement, and visualization, the team delivers actionable insights aligned with business objectives. Collaborating across functions, members utilize analytics and project management skills to test, measure, and launch innovative solutions. Focused on rigorous AI-enabled analysis, continuous improvement, and clear communication, the team drives impactful outcomes in a dynamic, data-centered environment that supports informed decision-making and business growth.
What you'll do:
- Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Perform initial data quality checks and manage ongoing data quality improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven analytical solutions using advanced techniques and tools.
- Design and implement effective data visualizations to communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
- Develop and execute data strategies that unlock business value and support enterprise data governance.
- Mentor team members on analytics methods, data storytelling, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies and advanced statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture principles.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis, data modeling, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
