The Senior Manager, Revenue Program Management leads complex, high impact initiatives across the organization that advance operational excellence and deliver key business outcome. This role develops strategic plans, drives cross-functional programs from planning through execution, and leads continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

The team leads critical, high-impact initiatives across Walmart Connect that advance operational excellence and deliver key business outcomes. They partner cross-functionally with leaders and teams across the organization to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, drive alignment, and ensure successful execution. Through strong program management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, the team brings structure and accountability to complex initiatives while proactively managing risks and dependencies. The team also drives continuous improvement and organizational change, developing scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen ways of working, and create sustainable impact across Walmart Connect. 
What you'll do:

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence and key business outcomes. 
• Partner with leaders to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives with clear milestones and success metrics. 
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication structures that ensure transparency and accountability. 
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance. 
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery and proactively manage risks. 
• Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving and process optimization. 
• Lead organizational change to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability. 
• Champion scalable frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency, execution, and stakeholder engagement across the organization. 

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in program/project management, including planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through. 
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders. 
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional initiatives. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including executive-ready materials. 
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems. 
• Strong data-driven decision-making and scenario-planning capabilities. 
• Proficiency with collaboration, documentation, and program management tools. 
• Experience driving associate engagement, team-building, and development initiatives. 
• Ability to foster belonging, strengthen culture, and effectively lead organizational change across complex, evolving environments.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
