Our team drives customer value by optimizing inventory flow across multiple fulfillment centers through advanced data science and machine learning. We develop, assess, and deploy robust models using Python, SQL, and data visualization to convert complex data into actionable insights. Collaborating with business stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Focused on continuous innovation and knowledge sharing, the team tackles complex challenges in a dynamic retail environment, supporting data-driven decision-making and impactful business strategies through advanced analytical techniques.
What you'll do:

• Lead model assessment and validation efforts using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Develop and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate complex insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
• Guide and mentor associates on modeling, feature engineering, and data storytelling best practices.
• Oversee deployment and continuous monitoring of predictive models in production environments.
• Drive exploratory data analysis and experimental design to identify actionable business insights.
• Ensure alignment of data science initiatives with organizational goals and industry standards.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI tools such as Code Puppy and Wibey.
• Strong knowledge of model assessment, validation, and tuning methods to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data science solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Expertise in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and deployment of scalable models in production environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and guiding technical development with a focus on business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
