Role summary:The Senior Manager, eCommerce Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role leads financial analysis, data-driven insights, business case development, and decision support through performance evaluation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and clear, actionable recommendations. The Senior Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership within aligned priorities, structure ambiguous business questions, identify key performance drivers, surface risks and opportunities early, and bring forward fact-based points of view to support business strategy and leadership decisions.

The eCommerce Finance team partners closely with the US eCommerce business to support strategic growth and operational efficiency. Leveraging financial planning, analysis, risk management, and advanced analytics, the team enables informed business decisions; collaborating cross-functionally with segment, marketing, membership, and merchandising finance teams, they connect the comprehensive story of the customer and business. What you'll do:
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and address financial variances.
- Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
- Translate financial and operational performance into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options.
- Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a high-performing team environment.
What you'll bring:
- Solid financial planning, analytics, modeling, and variance analysis expertise, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to strategic business drivers and shape decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, develop financial models and business cases, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong ownership and judgment, with a track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and driving outcomes.
- Strong analytical rigor and learning agility, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and quickly build expertise in new businesses.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence business partners.
- Proficiency in program management to drive execution of business plans and improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
