Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Business Strategy leads the development and execution of key business plans and initiatives, driving performance improvements for the membership program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify priorities, continuously experiment and learn, and implement acquisition initiatives that drive program growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, the Senior Manager ensures alignment with company goals while promoting integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
About the team:
The Walmart+ Acquisition team drives growth by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain members. This team enhances signup experiences, crafts compelling introductory offers, and uses data-driven experimentation to optimize outcomes. Collaborating across functions, members leverage customer insights to inform decisions and improve performance. The team is dedicated to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering value to customers. It fosters a supportive environment that encourages professional development, effective communication, and alignment with Walmart’s mission to provide outstanding service and value.
What you'll do:

• Lead the execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Evaluate current programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize effectiveness.
• Identify new strategic growth opportunities and creating experiments. 
• Oversee acquisition growth health by analyzing data, benchmarking, and implementing solutions aligned with business goals.
• Communicate strategic direction and key performance metrics to senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
