Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and deep dive analysis to support business performance. This position will lead our quarterly earnings process via writing and storytelling our financials and business performance to key executive leadership. This position will also entail driving adhoc deep dives and analyses across both the planning and forecasting functions, and will involve communicating these key insights to senior leadership. Finally, this role also involves strong partnerships with our International markets to drive strong performance success across the portfolio.About the team:
The International FP&A team integrates strategy, analytics, and financial leadership to support business growth. Collaborating across functions, the team delivers insights and solutions that guide company direction and promote data-driven decision making. Members contribute to financial planning, risk mitigation, and performance analysis while adapting to a dynamic global environment. The team values clear communication and fosters continuous improvement to enhance financial transparency and operational effectiveness. As a key part of the organization, the team drives impactful business outcomes and supports leadership with comprehensive financial expertise and strategic foresight.
What you'll do...
- Lead the quarterly earnings process from an end-to-end perspective in International in partnership with Investor Relations.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and deep dives to support insights for both planning and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets within our portfolio to develop and improve financial processes.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.
- Mentor and develop associates across the team, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.
