Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Divisional Maintenance, leads operational excellence across multiple facilities by overseeing maintenance, vendor management, and facility repair activities. This role drives business process improvements, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to optimize facility performance. Utilizing data analysis and technical expertise, the position supports strategic decision-making and cost management. The role also manages crisis response, contract administration, and change initiatives, ensuring reliability and safety while promoting continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and business acumen are essential to influence partners and deliver sustainable operational results.
About the team:
The Reliable Operations team delivers technical expertise, maintenance governance, and reliability leadership across the fulfillment network. It collaborates with site operations, maintenance teams, OEMs, and service partners to enhance equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational performance. The team identifies reliability risks, standardizes maintenance practices, resolves critical equipment issues, and implements network-level strategies. Their efforts ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of material handling systems, maximizing service quality and providing a consistent experience for customers and members throughout the network.
What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize data analysis and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to procurement protocols.
• Guide teams through change initiatives and crisis management to maintain facility integrity and business continuity.

What you'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in managing divisional maintenance and facility operations with a focus on operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and quality control.
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Technical knowledge of facility repair, maintenance, and reliability management.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, and expense control within maintenance operations.

LANCASTER, Texas US-03006: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
STOCKTON, California US-04091: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
