Role summary:The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. This role involves overseeing talent development, organizational change management, and compliance with policies and regulations. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the position drives continuous improvement in workforce performance and operational effectiveness. The Senior Manager provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance to associates and leaders, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and sustained business success.

The People Partner team collaborates closely with Energy leadership to align talent and organizational strategies with business growth. This team focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building to support evolving business needs. They drive change management initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness by coaching leaders and fostering strong engagement. Acting as strategic advisors, team members connect business goals with talent solutions, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Their work integrates data analysis and human resource strategies to build a resilient organization that supports Walmart’s Energy objectives and long-term success.
What you'll do:
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations by providing guidance and conducting audits.
- Define and implement human resource strategies aligned with business goals, advising leaders on organizational change and talent planning.
- Analyze HR and business data to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability while driving continuous improvement and associate engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
