What you'll do...
Role summary:This role requires deep expertise in strategic storytelling, executive positioning, and content creation to drive high-impact engagement across broad cross-functional audiences. The position involves producing large-scale organizational events from AMA's to All Hands, constructing compelling technology and product demonstrations, managing curated editorial channels like newsletters, and establishing visual brand and template standards to uplevel communications quality across the organization. Exceptional communication, visual design acumen, and change-management skills are essential to drive special projects, guide strategic transformations, and provide narrative clarity. This role contributes to advancing the organization’s strategic narrative and fostering a highly aligned, informed, and collaborative community.

The Tech Strategy team drives Walmart’s global technology vision by delivering data-driven insights and comprehensive portfolio governance. This team excels in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology enablement to create scalable solutions with measurable business impact. Focused on clear communication, goal setting, and continuous improvement, the team advances technology initiatives worldwide. Members leverage expertise in program management, quantitative analysis, and performance management to foster innovation and operational excellence across complex programs, ensuring alignment and successful execution of technology strategies on a global scale.
What you'll do:
- Drive Executive & Strategic Communications: Author, refine, and manage high-impact communications for leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational milestones, annual operating plans, and long-range strategies.
- Orchestrate Large-Scale Events & Editorial Channels: Design, produce, and host major organizational events—such as All Hands and leadership forums—while overseeing curated newsletters and digital channels to foster an aligned, informed, and collaborative culture.
- Build Engaging Technical Demonstrations: Collaborate with technology teams to design, construct, and deliver high-quality technical demonstrations tailored for large audiences and key stakeholders.
- Lead Special Projects & Change Initiatives: Steer high-priority special projects and organizational initiatives, providing clarity and direction during strategic transformations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
