About the team:
The Revenue Operations team plays a vital role in supporting commercial and internal functions by driving growth and operational efficiency through cross-functional leadership. This team translates strategic plans into measurable targets, facilitates collaboration among internal partners, and uses root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include delivering training, managing forecasting and reporting, and maintaining revenue systems and tools. By leveraging business and financial expertise, the team ensures streamlined processes and data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and support sustained revenue growth across the supply chain network.
What you'll do:

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and communicate strategies aligned with revenue operations and enablement goals to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, applying insights to improve efficiency and cost management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong partnerships and influence decision-making across the organization.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights and support strategic revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
