What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Manager, Operations leads complex projects and programs that connect Home Office strategy to effective club execution. This role manages timelines, resources, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration while translating business needs into clear, actionable direction for the field. Using data and field feedback, the Senior Manager develops solutions that simplify processes, improve efficiency, protect club capacity, and drive continuous improvement. Through strong leadership and stakeholder partnerships, this role influences performance and supports operational excellence and business growth
About the team:
Our team bridges Home Office strategy and club execution by translating initiatives into clear, actionable guidance for field leaders and associates. We collaborate cross-functionally to streamline execution, coordinate communication, and safeguard club capacity. Responsibilities include managing communication governance, developing playbooks, supporting pilots, coordinating club activities, and enhancing processes through field feedback. The team ensures clubs understand changes, their significance, required actions, and timelines, while prioritizing the member and associate experience throughout execution. This role demands strong skills in operations management, project oversight, data analysis, and effective communication to drive business efficiency and success.
What you'll do:
- Lead communication workstreams and project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of operational initiatives.
- Develop clear, engaging communications, playbooks, digital content, and execution guidance for field teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, timing, priorities, and execution expectations.
- Analyze engagement, business trends, and field feedback to improve communication strategies and effectiveness.
- Manage communication channels, tools, and processes that simplify how information is delivered and consumed.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline communications and reduce complexity for the field.
- Influence stakeholders and provide recommendations to ensure communications support business priorities and operational readiness.
- Create and maintain digital pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
What you'll bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex initiatives into clear, actionable field communications.
- Experience in operations, communications, and project management while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong storytelling and content development skills across digital communications, playbooks, and leadership messaging.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to align messaging and execution.
- Strong analytical skills using data and field feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
- Ability to simplify processes, solve problems, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content management is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
