What you'll do:

• Develop and implement enterprise data governance strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Lead data quality initiatives by defining metrics, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across business domains.
• Oversee master data and metadata management, establishing standards and managing integration to support business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data utilization.
• Guide and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team environment focused on accountability and development.
• Evaluate and enhance data stewardship practices to ensure data accessibility, security, and compliance.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data governance, data quality management, and data stewardship within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data quality frameworks, metrics, and operational procedures.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration, metadata management, and master data management principles.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into data strategies and actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, mentoring associates, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical policies related to data privacy, security, and retention.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

data stewardship, data management, database administration, data analytics, or related field. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in data stewardship,
data management, database administration, data analytics, or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance,
Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field and 3 years' experience in in data stewardship, data management, database administration,
data analytics, or related field.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
