Management Consulting Manager

The Work

As a Change Transformation Manager, you will lead change programs and teams across business transformation, technology implementation and operating model change.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to develop change strategies and workforce transformation approaches that prepare people for new structures, technologies, capabilities and ways of working.

In this role, you will:

• Lead change programs and teams across business, technology and operating model transformation.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organisational and workforce impacts arising from transformation.
• Design workforce transformation approaches aligned with future business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact and adoption activities.
• Develop change interventions that support successful implementation and sustained adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Manage change workstreams, project activities, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coach and support junior practitioners within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to client proposals, solution development and business development activities.

Here’s What You Will Need

• Demonstrated experience leading change programs or workstreams within management consulting, professional services or a large enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering change across business transformation, technology implementation or operating model redesign.
• Proven experience developing change strategies and workforce transformation approaches.
• Strong knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption planning.
• Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities within complex transformation environments.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving and relationship-management capabilities.
• Excellent written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience within the Products or Resources industries, including energy, utilities, consumer goods, retail, industrial or natural resources.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or technology-enabled transformation.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, organisational design, capability development or skills transformation.
• A recognised change management, human resources or project management qualification.
