The Opportunity

Join Accenture’s Operating Model and Organisation Design team and help leading organisations rethink how work gets done.

You’ll partner with senior executives to design future-ready operating models, organisation structures and workforce strategies that improve performance and enable transformation.

We’re looking for experience across areas such as:

• Operating model design
• Organisation design
• Shared services
• Global Business Services and Global Capability Centres
• Workforce strategy and organisational analytics
• Outsourcing and location strategy

What You’ll Do

• Lead operating model and organisation design projects from diagnosis through to implementation planning.
• Translate business strategy into practical changes across structure, governance, people, process, technology and data.
• Design organisation structures, role accountabilities, decision rights and workforce models.
• Analyse spans, layers and workforce data to identify opportunities and shape future-state scenarios.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery, client relationships and junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and practice growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong consulting or in-house experience delivering operating model or organisation design projects.
• The ability to independently lead workstreams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience turning complex business challenges into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with workforce analytics or modelling tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or Excel.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in shared services, Global Business Services, Global Capability Centres, outsourcing, right-shoring or multinational environments will be highly regarded.
