As a Store person at our Welshpool branch, you will play an important role in ensuring industrial products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Your work will help keep our customers and essential industries moving. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy and customer service, and contributes positively to a team.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Receive, check and put away incoming stock accurately.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently and safely.
• Assist with general warehouse and store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Maintain stock accuracy through effective inventory handling and stock control.
• Assist customers with product, order, stock availability, delivery and account enquiries via phone and email.
• Work closely with branch and internal teams to deliver reliable customer service.
• Assist with local customer deliveries when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a receiving, dispatch, picking and packing, warehouse role.
• A current driver’s license.
• A current forklift license is desirable.
• A strong commitment to safe work practices and warehouse housekeeping.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when receiving stock and preparing customer orders.
• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

• Experience or knowledge in mining, bearings or power transmission products.
