Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accurate and timely biweekly payroll. Handle system changes related to new hires, terminations, job changes, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting job openings, monitoring incoming candidates’ numbers, participating in selection process and making offers.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Warmly welcome new team members while providing essential information to properly navigate the organization as they begin their roles.
- Administers benefit programs for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events. Serves as a point of contact for team members regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and up to date human resources records, documents, and files. Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate and organize employee engagement events and lead the organization’s FUN committee.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experiences).
- Previous experience working in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Payroll.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License
