Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and material planning within SAP MM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM modules and integration points.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to support business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- No location constraints.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
