What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components supporting automation and multi-step reasoning.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and data-driven decision making.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to deliver scalable and resilient platforms.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to ensure maintainable and modular solutions.
- Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Skilled in debugging, remedial action, and problem-solving to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to apply data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and measure success.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Familiarity with DevOps engineering practices to enhance developer productivity and platform capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
