Responsibilities:
Responsible for optimizing and improving the production performance of tissue machine, maintaining the stability of tissue machine production, reducing variation, improving the capacity and efficiency of tissue machine. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Improve the process capacity of the Tissue machine through the formulation and optimization of the Tissue machine production process; • Ensure the smooth progress of the technical improvement project through the demonstration, presentation and implementation of the technical improvement plan; • Collecting and analyzing process parameters and improving process to reduce variation; • Participating in the installation and debugging of the new Tissue machine project, follow up the initial operation of the Tissue machine in the new project; • Ensure the implementation of the Tissue machine maintenance plan by making and tracking the Tissue machine maintenance plan; • Evaluate the effectiveness of each trial by implementing and tracking the effectiveness of each trial item. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
