직무 개요
The position manages, implements, and oversees internal and selected local external communications activities to ensure company messages are clearly understood, the organization and its products are effectively promoted, and employees are engaged with business priorities, EHS standards, and company values. The role also provides communications coaching to internal customers and coordinates regional activities with corporate priorities using a regionally customized approach.

Summary of Expected Contribution
Leadership partnership
Build relationships with senior management, support internal communications initiatives, and provide communications counsel.
Employee communications
Lead employee communications, maintain standard internal channels, serve as regional editor, and contribute regional news to global publications and intranet channels.
Two-way engagement
Develop feedback-oriented communication programs, support surveys and action plans, reinforce vision/values/culture, and partner with HR on engagement programs.
Annual communication planning
Build an effective internal communications annual plan and ensure alignment with regional requirements for timing, quality, process, and procedure.
Functional business alignment
Coordinate messaging across Operations, Commercial, Recycling, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Strategy, Legal, Procurement, and IT.
AI-driven excellence
Use AI and Microsoft platforms for sentiment monitoring, rapid drafting, distribution, measurement, content planning, project delivery, and continuous improvement.
Crisis communications
Maintain the region’s external crisis communications protocol, ensure site training, and be prepared to support media relations during crisis situations.
Qualification:
- Senior communications professional with more than 10 years of corporate or relevant organizational communications experience.
- Strong bilingual communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Korean.
- Proven ability to advise leaders, translate business priorities into employee-facing messages, and manage communications in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Experienced in employee engagement communications, internal campaigns, surveys, action planning, leadership messaging, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools and digital platforms to improve communications planning, content creation, distribution, measurement, and effectiveness.
- Capable of supporting crisis communications protocols, site readiness, and media relations in time-sensitive situations.
