Your team
As our HSW Program and Communications Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end design and delivery of communication and engagement across our Health, Safety and Wellbeing programs—shaping how our people experience initiatives at scale.
From flagship moments like Safety Week and Wellbeing Week through to year-round campaigns, you’ll drive awareness, engagement and meaningful behaviour change across the group.

What you’ll do
- Lead integrated HSW communications and engagement plans aligned to business priorities
- Deliver enterprise campaigns that drive awareness and behaviour change
- Create high-quality, multi-channel communications (intranet, email, video, leadership messaging)
- Translate complex safety and risk concepts into clear, engaging content
- Partner with stakeholders to shape messaging and campaign strategy
- Support key HSW initiatives and rollouts across the business
- Provide communications support for sensitive or time-critical scenarios (e.g. crisis)
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve impact
What you’ll bring
- Background in communications, marketing or campaigns
- Strong writing and storytelling capability
- Experience delivering campaigns or events end-to-end
- Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics
- Interest in people, wellbeing or culture-focused work
