Overview
Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 Firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Operations supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of Marketing operations, processes and initiatives. This role partners with Marketing Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support governance practices, reporting activities, process execution, enablement efforts, documentation, and consistent adoption of marketing technologies and operational workflows.
A Day in the Life
The ideal candidate will support the administration, adoption, and continuous improvement of marketing technology platforms, operational workflows, and processes across Marketing & Business Development. Coordinate technology-related initiatives, reporting requests, dashboard maintenance, and follow-up activities to support effective and consistent operations. Maintain documentation, procedures, operational resources, and governance standards while documenting existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. Assist with data validation, quality reviews, discrepancy identification, and issue escalation to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy. Research, test, and support the adoption of emerging technologies, AI, automation, and industry best practices within established operational frameworks.
We Know You
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related support role, with strong data management skills and proficiency in Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and project coordination skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly DealCloud, and email marketing platforms is preferred, as is experience with reporting and data visualization.
