About the Job

• Create software applications, from requirements gathering and specification development through to implementation and deployment.
• Maintain these applications and provide support to local and international users.
• Propose technological and functional enhancements to the tools and solutions in place.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

• Graduated from university or higher, majoring in Information Technology is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of the development methods and tools required for their activity.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (C#, Excel VBA, JavaScript, etc.).
• Knowledge of IT security procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of the company's software applications.
• Use development tools within their area of expertise.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop computer programs and applications.
• Document activities through procedures and work instructions.
• Train personnel.
• Formalize and capitalize on lessons learned and experience.
• Diagnose malfunctions and system failures.
• Analyze and resolve issues and problems.
• Provide support to local and international users.
• Monitor technological developments and propose functional and technological improvements to implemented solutions.
• Present arguments effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Use development tools outside their primary area of expertise.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills in the role.
• Continuously train and keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
• Honest, enthusiastic, responsible in work.
