Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, do-it-all, Senior Producer to work on a team supporting unique stunt experiential work for a major entertainment brand. No day looks the same, but you will be tasked with making the impossible happen – whether it is sourcing 1,000 custom snow globes, creating custom wrapping paper, or renting an ice rink for an impromptu event. A willingness to lean in and figure it out will go a long way because many of these stunts have never been done before. This perfect candidate blends creative problem-solving with production chops and a figure it out attitude. This role is embedded with the client in NYC (onsite at their offices 3x/week) with some limited travel required.

Financial & Operational Management
- Build out playbook, workback schedule, and creative deliverables for each project.
- Manage and update project budgets and timelines.
- Reconcile estimates vs. actuals.
- Ensure adherence to client contracting and procurement protocols.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams as needed.
- Provide clear project updates and status reporting to Supervisor.
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team and office culture.

- 4-6 years of experience in experiential production, scenic production, or live events.
- Demonstrated experience managing fabrication vendors and physical builds.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
