Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations by reconciling inventory data between SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Acting as an investigator and problem solver, you will analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolutions while maintaining system integrity and operational excellence.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Reconcile inventory records between SAP and WMS on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
- Review daily inventory variance reports and drive issue resolution to completion.
- Coordinate with plant teams, inventory stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across the U.S.
- Validate inventory transactions, receipts, adjustments, and open orders.
- Manage inventory activities across multiple locations simultaneously while balancing priorities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory processes and system accuracy.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with inventory management, inventory reconciliation, or data analysis.
- Prior experience supporting inventory operations within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (inventory-related processes preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, data cleaning, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
