We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Claims professional to join our team reporting to the Customer Service Manager ANZ. As Order Fulfillment Specialist you are responsible for the end-to-end management of customer claims, returns, and delivery discrepancies. This role ensures timely resolution of claims and non-conformances while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, and customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Process and manage customer claims received through SAP workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution in line with company policies and service level agreements
- Action and respond to carrier non-conformances, investigating root causes and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Action short delivery claims and customer collection requests, liaising with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure prompt resolution
- Chair the weekly meeting with warehouse Inventory team to review and progress open short deliveries and returns, driving accountability and timely closure of outstanding items
- Close off incoming customer returns, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, and the returns tracker is updated in a timely manner
- Respond to general claim queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication.

- Experience in a customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or sales, with good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
- Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Microsoft office applications
- High-level of SAP competence

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
