Are you someone who takes pride in precision, elegance, and consistency?
Do you enjoy making every unboxing feel like a gift? At Brilliance.com, we’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-obsessed professional to help fulfill luxury jewelry orders — where how it’s shipped matters as much as what’s inside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
- Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
- Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship.
- Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
- Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).
Requirements:
- Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc).
- Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”
- Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
- Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
- Stability You Can Count On – Over 35 years in business and growing stronger.
- Work with a Trusted Luxury Brand – 3,000+ five-star reviews on Trustpilot.
- Small, dedicated, and meticulous team culture.
- Pride in creating experiences that feel as special as what’s inside the box.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid Time Off: 5 vacation days (after 1 year), plus paid legal holidays (New Year’s, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc).
- 401(k): Eligible after 6 months.
- Health Insurance: With company contribution.
If you’re the kind of person who straightens the ribbon just so before sealing a box — we want to meet you.
