Manager / Projects (Conservation) - Pulau Ubin

[What the role is]

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team in Pulau Ubin.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee and support the day-to-day management of the park.

• Co-organise and support the planning and execution of Pesta Ubin and Ubin Day 2027.

• Co-organise and support planting projects under One Million Tree movement.

• Conduct field studies, support conservation initiatives for natural and heritage sites.

• Manage and assist in development and infrastructure upgrading works.

• Conduct and support community engagement and outreach programmes.

• Undertake any other related duties as and when assigned to you.

[What we are looking for]

• Area of study in Environmental Management, Life Science or related discipline

• Possess good written/oral communications and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with various media for development and dissemination of information, educational materials, both print and web-based

• A keen learner, creative and resourceful team player who is able to work independently

• Enjoy working in an outdoor environment and has a strong interest in nature conservation

• Working experiences in community engagement and outreach will be an advantage

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidates will be offered a 11-month employment contract.
