Summary of Description:
Responsible for coordinating the office clerical needs. Coordinating with project managers to assure project clerical needs are met within schedule requirements. Duties also include typing of routine letters, purchase requisitions, material requisitions and miscellaneous correspondence. Responsible for answering phone, transferring calls and messages.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with at least six (6) years of experience in a clerical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

The administrative assistant II will provide administrative support to the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) team, helping manage PSV recertification activities and related documentation. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting technicians and planners with organizational and data management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Review and print P&IDs for scheduled PSV work in coordination with LDAR Technicians and Scheduler/Planners
- Upload and maintain PSV certification records in Maximo work orders
- Assist with document management and administrative tasks related to PSV recertification programs
- Provide general clerical and organizational support to the LDAR team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
