Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Position overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Validation and Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Servicing department. Reporting to the Technical Operations manager, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients and maintenance of laboratory equipment with focus on Shimadzu LC portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance and qualifications.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Write detailed records of service activities.
• Travelling abroad for manufacturer trainings as required.

Requirements and skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• Technical background in laboratory and/or quality-related activities within the pharma industry.
• Intermediate level of English in language proficiency.
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• EU Category B driving license.
