Hourly Pay Range:

$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Coordinator

• Location: Arlington Heights

• Full Time

• Hours: 7a to 3:30p M-F

 

What you will do:

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

What you will need:

• Education:

  • BSN required

  • MSN preferred

• Certifications/License:

  • IL RN License

  • CPR BLS issued by AHA

  • ACLS issued by AHA

• Experience:

  • Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
