You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventionsManaging tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipmentMonitoring clinical observations and recognising deteriorationMaintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What We’re Looking ForThis is more than a job.
